Policy & Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty Coverage

Alameda Industrieal Supply warrants its diamond blades (“Product”) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original shipment to the customer.

Specific Coverage

  • Laser-welded segments are covered against loss due to weld failure during the warranty period.
  • This warranty applies only to blades that have been properly used according to the manufacturer’s application guidelines.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Use in improper or unsupported applications
  • Negligent or abusive use, including overheating, improper feed rates, or incorrect mounting
  • Modifications or alterations to the product
  • Accidental damage unrelated to the blade's intended use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to lack of maintenance

Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:

  1. Return the blade to Alameda Industrial Supply for inspection.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) showing the shipment or purchase date within the warranty period.
  3. Include a brief description of the issue and how the blade was used.

Warranty inspections and determinations will be conducted by [Your Company Name]’s Warranty Department. All shipping costs related to warranty returns will be covered by the manufacturer when using standard ground service (e.g., UPS Ground), unless otherwise stated.

Remedy

If a warranty claim is approved, [Your Company Name] will, at its option:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace the product with an equivalent or comparable item, at no charge.

[Your Company Name] reserves the right to prorate the warranty adjustment based on the percentage of the product’s life that was used prior to failure.

Limitations of Liability

This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which are expressly disclaimed.
